NHS Staff Survey
Welcome to the NHS Staff Survey website. The survey is one of the largest workforce surveys in the world and is carried out every year to improve staff experiences across the NHS. The survey is aligned to the NHS People Promise. The survey is owned by NHS England and the Staff Survey Coordination Centre is based at Picker Institute Europe.
The 2025 NHS Staff Survey (NSS) and NHS Staff Survey for bank only workers (NSSB) questionnaire updates have now been published.
